Description

The role leads globally distributed reliability teams and labs, influences design, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer decisions, develops testing and qualification methods, and applies reliability modeling, risk assessment, and data analytics to improve product reliability. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field, at least 18 years of board and system-level reliability experience, including 5 years in data center equipment reliability and 10 years leading reliability management.
