Description
GitLab is hiring a Senior Director, Revenue Analytics to lead a high-performing analytics team and own the strategic vision and execution for sales, customer experience, and revenue data across the customer lifecycle. The role partners with Sales Strategy, Customer Success, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Enterprise Data & Analytics to develop forecasting, pipeline, capacity, predictive, customer lifecycle, and consumption-based analytics; establish data governance and reporting frameworks; and translate complex data into executive recommendations. The position requires experience leading analytics teams, knowledge of B2B SaaS and revenue metrics, advanced proficiency with AI and business intelligence tools, SQL, data modeling, and predictive modeling, and is remote for United States residents.
