Description
Mural is hiring a senior revenue leader to architect and lead its revenue strategy, revenue operations, GTM systems, and sales enablement functions. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the role will direct and coach revenue operations and GTM systems teams, partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance, deliver executive reporting and insights, and build enablement programs that improve seller effectiveness and business performance. The role requires 10+ years of revenue strategy and operations experience, SaaS or technology industry background, expertise in GTM strategy and operational execution, and strong analytical, coaching, and change-management capabilities.
