Description
The Senior Director, Safety, Workforce Training & Operational Performance will lead ACP’s Institute for Safety, Workforce and Operational Performance, guiding industry committees, technical discussions, white papers, training materials, standards, and the safe construction, operation, and maintenance of wind, solar, and energy storage facilities. The role also provides subject-matter expertise to ACP’s Standards Development and certification teams, advises on federal regulatory matters, represents ACP with external stakeholders, and requires 10+ years of relevant experience. The position offers a base salary of $175,000–$215,000 annually and does not provide work visa sponsorship.
