Description

Axon is hiring a Senior Director, Salesforce to lead its multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and Quote-to-Cash transformation across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and related integrations. The role will set AI and enterprise architecture strategy, lead architects, developers, admins, and business analysts, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and partner with executive stakeholders. It is a hybrid position from one of six United States offices, with four days per week in the office, and offers a base-pay range of $201,420 to $322,272 USD.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12+ years of enterprise technology experience
5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at the Director level or above
Experience scaling Salesforce organizations in high-growth B2B environments with CPQ and Billing in production
Experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash transformations from opportunity through revenue recognition
Experience applying AI on Salesforce using Agentforce, Einstein, or comparable LLM-powered capabilities
Experience building and managing teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts, including managing managers
Experience partnering with C-suite and SVP-level GTM and Finance stakeholders
Experience owning multi-million-dollar platform budgets, vendor negotiations, and SI partner relationships
