Senior Director, Secure MA&D at Cencora

Cencora is hiring a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and delivery across the full acquisition, divestiture, carve-out, joint venture, and minority-investment lifecycle. The role leads a global team and third-party diligence partners, sets risk thresholds and decision rights, quantifies remediation and integration costs, embeds cyber findings in deal documents, manages Day 1 readiness and separation planning, and advises executive leadership and the Board. It requires a bachelor's degree, 15+ years of cybersecurity or technology-risk experience including 5+ years leading teams and enterprise programs, and experience with multiple completed transactions, including at least one carve-out, divestiture, or separation.
