BNY is hiring a Senior Director, Senior Managing Counsel to support its Clearance & Collateral Management business in New York. The role provides legal and regulatory advice on clearance, collateral, central clearing, custody, securities finance, and emerging technologies such as digital assets and tokenization; supports strategic transactions, product development, documentation, policy drafting, regulatory monitoring, and cross-functional initiatives; and requires strong legal analysis, drafting, negotiation, communication, and AI-enabled workflow skills.
