Description
Qualcomm is hiring a Senior Director Technology to lead rack-scale systems architecture and execution for its data center platforms. The role owns compute, networking, power, cooling, and system integration; establishes OCP-aligned platform standards; drives hardware–software co-design; leads validation and production readiness; partners with hyperscalers and ecosystem providers; and sets program KPIs and operating cadence. The position requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in science, engineering, or a related field plus 8–10+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related experience, with additional systems engineering and leadership experience preferred. The stated pay range is $256,600 to $385,000.
