Capital One is hiring a Senior Director, Software Engineering to lead and grow its Technology Site in Mexico City. The role will build and manage a team of 50–70 software engineers, support recruiting for a larger engineering organization, provide enterprise-level technology leadership, guide cloud-native and AWS software delivery, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of technical experience, at least 5 years of executive technology leadership, and fluent Spanish and English.
