Grafana Labs is hiring a Senior Director, Solutions Engineering for the Americas to lead and grow a high-performing presales team, own regional technical sales strategy and forecasting, and partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. The role is highly hands-on, requiring direct customer engagement in demos, deep dives, evaluations, and proof-of-value work, along with team recruiting, mentoring, and performance management in a remote-first, global environment.
