Ross Stores is hiring a Senior Director, Store Finance to oversee capital and fixed expense spending for Store Operations and Loss Prevention, leading a team of about 10 through month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, 5-year planning, board preparation, strategic analysis, and process improvement. The role partners closely with Store Leadership, Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and executives, and requires strong financial planning and analysis expertise, analytical and communication skills, and experience managing teams in a retail environment. The position is based in Dublin, California with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office presence three days per week.
