VEG is hiring a Senior Director, Talent Development Operations to lead the people, systems, technology, processes, and partnerships that turn talent-development strategy into scalable learning across its hospitals and field partners. The role covers frontline training strategy, field enablement, VQ and field collaboration, learning infrastructure, and talent-development insights and metrics. It requires 10+ years of experience leading managers or directors, experience transforming learning or workforce-development systems, and experience with distributed, multi-site organizations. The position is based in White Plains, New York, with four days in the office, and offers $180,000–$230,000 plus bonus and benefits.
