Coupang is hiring a Senior Director, Technical Program Management to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across Finance, ERP, Compliance, and Business Operations. The role owns strategy, governance, execution, risk management, executive reporting, SAP modernization, finance transformation, process standardization, organizational change management, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external consulting partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of program management, PMO, transformation, or enterprise delivery experience, including large-scale greenfield ECC-to-S/4HANA migration and multi-functional, multi-geo team leadership. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the office.
