Oura is hiring a Senior Director, Technology Development to lead the manufacturing technology roadmap for next-generation products. The role will build reusable process platforms, strengthen design for manufacturability, qualify materials and technologies, manage supplier and contract manufacturer relationships, and lead automation and robotics from concept through production. It requires 15+ years of experience in technology development, advanced manufacturing, process engineering, supplier industrialization, or a related field, along with expertise in areas such as batteries, zirconia, PVD, molding, and automation. The position offers a Region 1 salary of $261,800–$308,000, equity, health, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
