Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Director of UX for its Operations organization to lead UX strategy, quality, service design, and talent across menu planning, food systems, fulfillment, supply-chain optimization, warehouse technology, and internal operator tools. The role continues the transition from reactive delivery to an AI-native design practice, partners with senior Product and Engineering leaders, and reports to the VP of UX. It is an in-person leadership position based in Berlin, with regular physical presence required, and offers a hybrid working model along with relocation, pension, wellness, and other benefits.
