Description
The Dispatch Coordinator assigns and manages field-technician work orders, schedules and confirms installation and service appointments, monitors service progress, documents operational incidents, updates dispatch systems, coordinates with internal departments, validates work-order closures, and generates productivity and compliance reports. The role requires a high school or technical degree, 1–2 years of relevant dispatch or operational-coordination experience, and knowledge of order-management systems and operational metrics.
