Description
The Dispatch Coordinator assigns and manages work orders and installation or technical-service appointments for field technicians, monitors service progress, coordinates with internal departments, documents operational incidents, updates dispatch systems, and generates productivity and compliance reports. The role requires high school or technical education, 1–2 years of relevant dispatch, operations, logistics, call-center, or technical-service experience, and knowledge of order-management systems and operational metrics.
