E Ink is hiring a Scientist, Driving Technologies to develop and optimize driving algorithms for electrophoretic display products. The role combines electro-optical physics, experimental design, data analysis, simulation, software development, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve optical performance, switching speed, power consumption, and reliability. Candidates need a Ph.D. in a relevant field with at least three years of industry experience, strong experimental and Python skills, and expertise in areas such as optimization, machine learning, computational physics, or control systems. The position offers an annual base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 and an estimated total compensation range of $175,000 to $240,000, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
