Description
Eversource is hiring one Senior Distribution System Operator to oversee control center staff and manage distribution system operations, including corrective actions, network repairs, electrical clearances, load control, switching, tagging, outage restoration, and customer communication. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, at least seven years of related dispatching experience, or three years in the SOC Distribution System Operator position with a leadership track record. It is a regular, union-represented position with rotating shifts, emergency restoration assignments, and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire; Eversource does not offer immigration-related sponsorship.
