The role manages engineering, contractor, and vendor documentation in Aconex, distributes documents, controls access and versions, verifies completeness and accuracy, supports document review workflows, and maintains database integrity and security. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills, database and document-management capabilities, and experience in industrial construction, engineering, or EPC is preferred. The salary range for Ontario applicants is CAD 77,000 to 90,000.
