Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Technical Staff Member to provide systems-level architecture leadership for next-generation memory solutions. The role defines architectures for DDR, LPDDR, HBM, CXL-attached memory, and emerging technologies; develops analytical and simulation-based models; drives architecture requirements across memory, packaging, controllers, platforms, and software; leads technical studies and roadmaps; and influences cross-functional teams. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field and at least 8 years of experience in memory systems, semiconductor architecture, computer architecture, or related areas. The full-time US base salary range is $164,000 to $358,000 per year, with additional compensation potentially including benefits, bonuses, and equity.
