Fervo Energy Company is looking for a Senior Drilling Engineer to join their Geoblock Factory organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing advanced geothermal drilling, providing well planning and engineering support, conducting risk assessments, preparing time and cost estimates, coordinating drilling contractor activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong drilling engineering background, deep drilling experience, and the ability to adapt traditional oil and gas playbooks for geothermal applications.
