Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Dry Etch Process Engineer at its Boise, Idaho semiconductor manufacturing site. The role focuses on starting up, developing, and optimizing dry-etch processes to improve product quality, yield, cost, productivity, and risk management, while resolving manufacturing-line problems and collaborating with equipment and integration engineers. The engineer will also manage statistical process control charts and use project-management skills to close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps. The position requires at least three years of industry experience as a Process Owner within Dry Etch and a bachelor's, master's, or higher degree in engineering.
