Axon is hiring a Senior DSP Engineer to advance drone detection and localization through RF spectrum analysis. The role involves RF signal analysis, real-time signal-processing algorithm development in C++ and CUDA, Python and Matlab prototyping, cross-functional integration, documentation, and mentoring. It is based in the Kassel office on a hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Friday and remote work on Mondays, and requires a master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field plus at least three years of relevant experience.
