Description
Assystem is hiring an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Design Engineer to design and coordinate electrical and instrumentation systems for water supply, sewerage, pumping stations, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and pipe networks. The role covers power distribution, pump and motor control, PLC and SCADA systems, instrumentation, documentation, vendor coordination, and commissioning support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or instrumentation engineering, 5–12 years of experience in water or wastewater infrastructure projects, knowledge of relevant standards, and experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, Dialux, PLCs, and SCADA. A minimum Security Check clearance without caveats and UK nationality or MoD-approved dual nationality are required.
