Description
AECOM is hiring a Senior Ecologist to support ecological bids and tenders, plan and schedule ecological project work, deliver consultancy and advisory services, develop solutions for complex ecological issues, produce ecology chapters for environmental statements and protected species licence applications, and author or technically check project deliverables. The role requires UK or Ireland ecological project experience, wildlife conservation knowledge, professional institution membership with Chartership progress, specialist field skills including protected species licences, health and safety awareness, and mentoring of ecology team members. It is based in one of several UK and Ireland locations and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
