NiCE Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Education Professional, Development in Atlanta, Georgia, to design and deliver technical instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training for Analytics and Quality Central platforms. The role owns the training lifecycle, develops documentation and labs, partners with Product Management and R&D, supports trainers and customers, and maintains training lab environments. Telecommuting is permitted under company policy. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field and six years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience, along with specified experience in technical training, server and database administration, networking, troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, collaboration, and instructional design.
