Description
Commure is hiring a senior operations leader to serve as the decision-maker and process architect for requests outside standard product boundaries. The role owns EHR credentialing operations for a team of four, including workflow mapping, automation, cycle-time and error-rate tracking, and backlog management; it also supports Business Operations by owning onboarding, offboarding, and documentation workflows. The position will codify exception triage, credentialing, and BizOps workflows into playbooks, use AI tools and low-code platforms such as Retool and Vercel, and establish operating cadence through reviews, SLA reports, and cross-functional syncs.
