Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer at its Penang site to lead occupational safety programs across manufacturing, facilities, and external locations. The role covers workplace inspections, contractor EHS management, permit-to-work procedures, risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, regulatory and ISO audits, EHS training, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in manufacturing or industrial EHS, strong knowledge of Malaysian safety requirements, and the ability to support urgent EHS matters outside normal working hours.
