Amperesand is hiring a Senior EHS Program Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs in a high-power electrical manufacturing and testing environment. The role owns electrical safety, NFPA 70E practices, arc-flash risk management, energized work controls, lockout/tagout, risk assessments, safe work procedures, training, and cross-functional EHS initiatives. It is based onsite at the Reno, Nevada facility five days per week and requires regular work in manufacturing and test areas, including arc-rated PPE. The listed Reno pay range is $130,000 to $160,000 USD, with medical, vision, and dental benefits.
