Patriot Erectors is hiring a South Texas Safety Manager to integrate safety into day-to-day operations across its South Texas projects. The role is hands-on and field-first, involving pre-task risk assessments, active site inspections, compliance and OSHA documentation, employee and subcontractor training, enforcement of safety standards, and proactive risk mitigation. It is based at the Adkins, Texas operation and splits time between the facility and active project sites, with field work including access to elevated work via ladders or scaffolding. The position requires at least eight years of EH&S experience in manufacturing, industrial, or high-growth environments, along with OSHA knowledge, strong communication, recordkeeping, and initiative.
