BRIGHT Group is hiring a Senior Electrical & Grid Integration Engineer in Böblingen to develop the technical architecture and electrical design of battery energy storage, photovoltaic, and charging infrastructure projects. The role covers grid connection planning, low-, medium-, and high-voltage studies, transformer and switchgear design, technical specifications, coordination with grid operators and customers, and development of engineering standards. Candidates need an electrical or energy engineering degree, at least five years of relevant experience, knowledge of German and English, and familiarity with power-system calculation software.
