Quantum Motion is hiring a Senior Electrical Characterisation Engineer for its Process Integration team to characterise and qualify silicon devices used in quantum processors. The role combines semiconductor device testing, electrical characterisation, data analysis, automation, and collaboration with foundries and process engineers to improve device yield, quality, and scalability. Candidates need a master's or PhD in a relevant discipline, at least three years of semiconductor device testing or related experience, strong silicon CMOS and device-physics knowledge, hands-on experience with parameter analysers, SMUs, and wafer probe stations, and strong Python skills.
