Kepler Communications is hiring a Senior Electrical Design Engineer & Team Lead to develop hardware solutions for satellite electrical and communication interfaces, including multi-board systems, processors, FPGAs, SoCs, and high-speed digital components. The role leads a small team, manages onboarding and performance processes, conducts design reviews and engineering analyses, maintains technical documentation, and collaborates with RF, mechanical, software, and FPGA teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, at least five years of hardware design experience, and expertise in high-speed interfaces, clocking, timing, and laboratory testing. The salary range is $133,346 to $183,346 CAD.
