TrustPoint is hiring a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to own the design, bring-up, integration, and evolution of satellite payload electronics. The role covers primary-board schematics and architecture, layout coordination, precision timing and frequency-reference design, multi-board system integration, manufacturable production designs, and anomaly investigation. Candidates need a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 10+ years of complex mixed-signal and RF-adjacent board design experience, and readiness to lead a growing payload hardware team. The position is based outside Washington, D.C. and in Silicon Valley, with a salary range of $139,000 to $172,000 plus equity and standard benefits.
