Ford is hiring an EDS Integration Engineer for its Advanced EV Team to lead end-to-end vehicle-side electrical wire harness design and physical integration for next-generation Model e products. The role covers zonal power and data distribution, multi-voltage and high-speed data architectures, harness partitioning, functional safety, ECAD schematic development, and hands-on lab-car and prototype vehicle bring-up. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of EDS design and development experience, and five years of professional ECAD tooling experience. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $138,800–$232,700 plus medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
