ABB is hiring an onsite PMSM Design Engineer in Shanghai to lead the end-to-end electromagnetic and thermal design and validation of liquid-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motors from concept through production. The role uses ANSYS Maxwell and Motor-CAD for simulation and optimization, collaborates with systems and controls teams on motor-controller matching, and requires a master's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field plus at least five years of PMSM design experience.
