Above Group is hiring a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer to provide electrical design and construction engineering services, review and approve project deliverables, coordinate with clients and other disciplines, conduct site investigations, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, and mentor subordinate engineers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineering license, current NCEES registration, and at least 10 years of engineering and project management experience in an MEP or architectural/engineering firm; healthcare experience and LEED or PMP credentials are preferred. The position is remote, with local candidates able to work in the office or hybrid, and pays $120,000–$160,000.
