Arcadis is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design from concept through detailed design for complex industrial, commercial, data center, office, and electrification projects. The role involves client-facing work, mentoring junior engineers, improving workflows, and collaborating globally with limited travel. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering, substantial experience in industrial or commercial electrical engineering, strong leadership and project management skills, and excellent Dutch and English communication; proficiency with ETAP, Caneco BT, ElecCalc, AutoCAD, and Revit is an asset.
