Description

Bechtel is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design development of electrical systems for the USAF Sentinel program. The role involves preparing engineering studies, drawings, calculations, and specifications, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with other technical disciplines. Key responsibilities include developing design drawings using AutoCAD, performing power system analysis with ETAP, conducting equipment and material specification development, and coordinating with systems engineering and clients.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Registered Professional Engineer in USA (Electrical Engineering)
Experience working with procedures meeting quality assurance programs such as ISO-9000.
Prior experience working with government agencies, preferably the Department of Defense.
Experience executing engineering design with Smartplant 3D.
Understanding of Mechanical and Process engineering discipline drawings and system calculations, as related to electrical design requirements.
Intermediate knowledge of developing CSI Masterformat specifications, or SpecsIntact.
Design experience with Unified Facilities Criteria and the Whole Building Design Guide.
