Sedgman is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer for its European hub in Frankfurt, Germany, to provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of critical minerals and industrial projects. The role covers electrical and instrumentation design, hazardous-area engineering, functional safety and LOPA documentation, system studies, procurement, commissioning, construction support, and mentoring of engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of relevant industrial engineering experience, expertise in electrical and instrumentation design, functional safety, control systems, project delivery, German standards, and bilingual German and English proficiency.
