Endurance is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to architect, design, validate, and own the full lifecycle of low-voltage control and instrumentation systems for subsea geothermal power plants. The role covers embedded microcontroller and Linux platforms, analog sensor front ends, battery management, power distribution, Ethernet and serial communications, harness design, fault-tolerant architecture, board bring-up, validation testing, and field performance analysis. Candidates need at least six years of embedded or mixed-signal hardware experience in demanding or high-reliability environments, along with hands-on hardware debugging, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
