Description
HDR is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and coordinate electrical engineering work for building projects, including design of power, lighting, signal, life safety, and building management systems. The role involves client relations, marketing and design meetings, code-compliance reviews, project-site coordination, scheduling and financial tracking, mentoring staff, and serving as electrical lead on projects. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis, at least 10 years of building electrical design experience, a recognized professional engineering license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and electrical design software. Water/wastewater experience and a master's degree are preferred.
