IMEG is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer in Kansas City, Missouri, to lead complex building-design projects as a project manager or lead engineer. The role oversees electrical-system design, analysis, specifications, calculations, quality control, client communication, field-issue resolution, budgeting support, multidisciplinary coordination, and staff mentoring. It requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, at least 10 years of building-design consulting experience, advanced electrical engineering and specification-editing skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities. The position allows up to 20% travel, does not offer visa sponsorship, and includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance eligibility from the first day.
