Matrix Technologies is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer for a hybrid role based in its Overland Park, Kansas City office. The position designs low-voltage electrical control systems, including control panels, MCCs, VFD systems, PLC I/O schematics, motor control circuits, and related documentation, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineers. The role also supports installation, startup, I/O verification, project leadership, and technical guidance to junior engineers. Candidates need at least six years of electrical engineering experience, an ABET-accredited BSEE or BSEET degree, and the ability to travel locally and overnight approximately 20–25%. The position offers a base salary of $92,000 to $129,000 annually, with overtime eligibility and additional benefits.
