Mission Control is hiring a full-time Electrical Hardware Engineer to design, develop, validate, and lead hardware for space and mission-critical applications. The role covers analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, EMC/EMI analysis, EEE parts qualification, design reviews, hardware bring-up, testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong PCB and EMC expertise, and familiarity with high-reliability standards and lab equipment. The position may be based in Ottawa or St. Mary’s, Ontario, with possible travel, and offers a salary of $105,000–$170,000 plus benefits.
