Shield AI is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Hardware Test Engineering team to design, validate, and deploy advanced test systems for V-BAT aircraft and other aerospace hardware. The role covers custom PCB and test-interface design, automated Python test sequences, mechanical and electrical test stands, cross-functional design reviews, DFT improvements, and HASS, ESS, and HALT testing. Candidates need a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field and at least three years of hardware design and test engineering experience; Python, PCB design tools, CAD software, and rugged-industry experience are preferred.
