Vector Atomic, an IonQ company, is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer in Pleasanton, California to lead the electrical architecture and end-to-end PCB development of next-generation quantum sensors for Low Earth Orbit missions. The individual-contributor role covers FPGA, MCU, mixed-signal, RF, power, analog, radiation-tolerant, and high-speed PCB electronics, from requirements and schematic design through fabrication, testing, environmental qualification, and on-orbit deployment. The role requires substantial electrical engineering and space-hardware experience, U.S. export-control eligibility, and up to 20% domestic or international travel.
