Worley is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide expert engineering support during the construction phase of energy, chemicals, and resources projects. The role leads field engineering activities, interprets and adapts designs to site conditions, approves construction work, resolves technical challenges, coordinates engineering and construction teams, prepares technical reports, and mentors junior engineers and field staff. Candidates need significant field experience in engineering support, construction supervision, or project execution, a university degree in engineering or a related discipline, strong knowledge of engineering codes and standards, independent engineering decision-making ability, project management knowledge, communication skills, leadership experience, and advanced proficiency with field engineering systems and digital tools.
