Description
The client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design and architecture of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for modular energy infrastructure platforms. The role covers AC/DC power distribution, protection schemes, electrical schematics, equipment integration, grounding, monitoring and shutdown logic, production documentation, commissioning, factory acceptance testing, and troubleshooting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of industrial electrical systems or power infrastructure experience; BESS, microgrid, energy safety standards, SCADA/EMS, renewable energy, data center, and large industrial power experience are preferred. The position supports work from anywhere for projects serving the North American market.
